Happy to comment, it's so rare you find a user friendly website it's always a relief when it happens. I googled bristol florists and quite a few came up I initially looked at futuristic flowers, they had a very flashy looking website but no real usuable options, it all got too hard. I then looked at Tilly Tomlinson and the Florist Ltd, the former had nothing that appealed the later just had a terrible site. Your site was very easy to navigate the photos were good your options are very appealing and the price was good. I guess the proof will be in the pudding, I will ask my friend if they look as good as the photo when she receives them but so far the experience has been very positive.

I viewed a list of florists in the Bristol area and glanced at a comparison site which highly recommended you. I had previously tried searching under 'Interflora' but didn't find the flower display I was wanting. I found your site quick to load and easy to use. I liked the fact that I could easily scroll down the screen and view photos of the flowers available and read a clear description at the same time. I wasn't having to click on links all the time to view more info. I also liked the arrangement you were offering- I am a huge fan of Oriental lillies. The recipient was absolutely delighted with the flowers. I was told that there were plenty of lilies, that they were vibrant in colour and arranged to perfection. They arrived in very good time too. You more than met my expectations. I need to order some flowers for a funeral later this week and having had such a good experience today, I will be looking to order through yourselves again. "Hi Alex - in response to your questions - the main reason I chose your florist is that it had excellent photos of the flowers available - and they look modern and funky, rather than tired and dated like some other sites (some didn't have photos at all). Also - you allowed web based purchases, whereas another florist I looked into did not (it was phone based). It was all very easy to use - and I liked that there was a phone number to call in case anything went awry. Your super-fast email confirmation service is particularly good. For your reference, the words I typed into google were 'florist delivery bristol' and I think your name came up 2nd?

I found my way to you simply by Googling Bristol Florists.
Your site appealed for several reasons – I liked the old-fashioned name – it sounded like someone who had been in business a while and knew their stuff. I liked the way the site was laid out and the huge choice (maybe even too big).
I haven’t heard back from the recipient yet but I like the idea of us getting a picture of her with her flowers (I didn’t know about this service until I was actually placing the order so it was an added bonus).
Also liked the optional add-ins like balloons, chocs etc.

I just picked one of the websites that offered Bristol florists and then picked you because your postal code was close to the recipient's postal code. You also had a nice selection of flowers including some that come with vases. (All flowers delivered in the States automatically come with vases so that is something unusual for me to see.)

It's taken me a while to respond, i'm sorry - i guess if i'd been wanting to complain i'd have got back to you sooner.
The flowers were DIVINE, of the few people who saw them everyone commented to me on how lovely they were. The recipient was delighted. The service was very speedy as i'd ordered them that day and then the were delivered in the late afternoon - GREAT SERVICE! I've been burned before and the recipient of another florist was too polite to say anything, but i happened to be there when they arrived and i couldn't believe how awful the flowers were!
In terms of my internet search i typed in Bristol Florists and your details came up. I looked at your website and found it easy to navigate around, if a little basic. I liked the fact that you did good floral options other than only those costing £40-ish (like Interflora) and lilies are lovely especially the fact they last so long and are very bright and colourful.
So all in all a good service and lovely flowers, i like the follow up via email too - it counts for a lot. I'll be needing to order some more in a week or so as a friend in Bristol has just had a baby so i'll come to you, i also won't hesitate to recommend you in future.

Your website was very easy to find. I just entered Interflora Bristol in Google and there it was. I thought your descriptions of the various kinds of arrangements very clear and helpful and the ordering process very easy to follow and fill in.
The fact that you deliver flowers in vases was 'different'. Over here flowers can be ordered in a 'vox' which is a container of water inside a box, but in the main we just have bunches of cut flowers beautifully arranged wrapped up in various kinds of coloured paper or else they are 'arrangements' in oasis or baskets.

"Reference your enquiry - the web site was easy to use. I chose your shop because you've sent my mother flowers before and I've liked them. I liked the fact that you do basket arrangements which are easier for some people to deal with (no problems of finding the right vase) - also plants in a basket or container last longer than normal flowers . Also its nice to see what you are sending.

I originally found the site by looking for florists in Bristol for Mother's Day flowers last year, as the big sites like Interflora etc were quite expensive and didn't look that nice. I think I googled 'florist bristol' or similar. Yours looked nicer and cheaper than the others I've seen. Then we got good reports of the flowers last year so I thought I'd use you again. I've been sitting here not turning off the computer just in case a photo came through today (it's now 11.45 pm here) and I can't tell you how happy you have made me (not to mention everyone else in the morning when they wake up!) as we see the photos of our new little girl. I can now also print them out and take them to my parents (both English and in their eighties) so that they can see their new little great grandchild.
I am thrilled with the flowers, just exactly what I hoped for and, I suspect, with a little special effort from you. You are to be commended - you've done at least one very good thing today!

I picked you because I know you have an outlet in Westbury on Trym where I live and which I've used before and found to be fine both in person and by internet.
In the past I used Interflora because its also easy and they send mailshots from time to time that remind me about their service which until this occasion I've also found to be pretty good but this time their web site wouldn't let me pick the style I wanted for delivery on the date I wanted I think because they were trying to force me to buy one of the Valentine selections on those dates.
I didn't want that, for no reason other than the fact that I know my wife prefers pink and lilac colours and most of the Valentine ones had red roses included whereas the Spring selections didn't so I went direct to the florist instead of the agency, and found that all the things that Interflora offer are simply repeating what the florists themselves are offering with the key difference that your website let me get a selection other than Valentine selection delivered on the date I wanted.
I've used both Edith Wilmot and other florists direct in the past as well as agencies like Interflora and Flowers Direct.
You're all pretty good and I haven't had many problems and when I did have one a year or so ago ( not with you but someone else who delivered the wrong selection via Interflora) it was rectified promptly and quite generously with another delivery of the correct selection.
The quality is normally good and usually draws a delighted response from the recipient - I've never had a comment about flower quality other than very satisfied anyway.

I chose your company after typing 'Flowers' and finding it by accident.
The thing that appealed to me was that your company could deliver at very short notice and just as importantly, the website gave the opportunity for me to input telephone contact details of the recipient, in the event of any difficulty in delivery. This was extremely important because my friend is sometimes difficult to contact. And the thought of her having to go pick up the flowers herself at a post-office or at the shop was just not acceptable or romantic.
