TIMED DELIVERIES - Other than funeral tributes we cannot guarantee delivery times. We will endeavour arrange AM or PM in the Bristol
area and will request florists in other areas to do their best.
NO ONE AT HOME? - If there is no answer the driver will leave the flowers with a neighbour or other secure place with a card through the
letterbox detailing where the flower can be found when they return home. Where this is not possible the flowers are returned to the shop for the recipient to
collect when convenient.
DELIVERY CHARGES - UK orders attract a charge of £5.00 to cover such things as service, transmission and Value Added Tax. This
increases to £8.50 for overseas orders. These prices include a house charge of 50p & 151p respectively.
DELIVERIES - We can arrange same day deliveries in UK if we receive you order before 2pm local time (see clock above). Locally we can
offer "within the hour" service at an extra cost of £10.00 (please telephone for details).
If delivering to a third party (i.e. A hospital or hotel) we cannot accept responsibility for their
actions.
Alas we do not work on Sunday or bank holidays (except Mothering Sunday) and suggest a Saturday delivery when the
occasion falls on Sunday.
RECALL SERVICE - If you would like us to remind you a couple of days before an important date this time NEXT year please tick the
"Recall" box on the order form.
METHODS OF PAYMENT - We accept payment by any of the following credit cards :- Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, Delta or
